1.Do you sell original products? Deep West Gallery exclusively sells authentic and original products. Every item available on our website is scourced directly from the artists themselves. 2.How much should I pay for the shipping? Free Shipping to the UK Mainland via a tracked & insured postal service. For international shipping of prints,there is a flat charge of £30 using International Royal Mail Signed for Delivery. For shipping original artwork, please get in touch with us for further details. 3.Is the website secure? Yes, all orders are processed through trusted payment methods such as Paypal and Visa/MasterCard or Apple Pay, ensuring that you make your payment througha well-known and reliable third party.

4.How long should I wait to receive my artwork? We try to proceed orders as quickly as possible, typically within10 working days. Howeve, please note that certain exceptions, such as special framing or printing requirements, may extend the processing time to up to 25 days. 5.Do you accept returns? Yes, we accept returns within 48 hours. However, please note that you are required to send back the artwork in its original box and purchase insurance for the postage. We can not assume responsibility for any lost or damaged packages. 6.Do you accept artist submissions? Yes, we do accept art submissions. If you are an artist, please send your images via e-mail at info@deepwestgallery.co.uk. We aim to respond within a week if thereis a need to showcase your work.
